After breakfast in the morning, enjoy a short sightseeing tour of Delhi. In the afternoon, spend some time getting comfortable with your motorcycle (Enfield Bullet 350 cc/500 cc). In the evening, our motorbike expert will brief you about the trip. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Start early in the morning to avoid city traffic as you drive towards Shimla. En route, stop for lunch at picturesque Parwanoo. Continue the drive to Shimla. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Sarahan, the former capital of the Bushahar Empire. Sarahan is a charming village surrounded by lush Deodar forests. Visit the historic Bhimakali Temple, known for its unique architecture and exquisite carvings—a fine blend of Hindu and Buddhist styles. Deep in the valley flows the Sutlej River, and beyond it lies the snow-clad Shrikhand Peak. Overnight stay in Sarahan.
After breakfast, proceed from Sarahan, riding deeper into the mesmerizing Kinnaur and Spiti valleys. Continue to Wangtu, then KarChham, and descend towards Sangla - an enchanting village known for its trout - rich Baspa River. Home to the historic Kamru Fort (now dedicated to Kamakshi Temple), Sangla sits on a hillside with homes stacked above each other, overlooked by the mighty Kinner Kailash range.
After breakfast, drive back to Karchham and continue towards Kalpa. En route, pass through Powari and Recong Peo (7 km apart), both offering some of the finest Himalayan panoramas in Himachal Pradesh. Kalpa (2,670 m) is famed for excellent quality chilgoza pine nuts and spectacular views of the Kinnaur Kailash range. Dinner and overnight stay in tents.
After an early breakfast, ride along the Sutlej River through lush forests. Drive from Powari to Ribba (18 km), an area known for Kinnaur apples, grapes, and local grape wine. Continue across several bridges to Puh (40 km) along the Indo-Tibetan Highway. On clear days, snow-clad peaks of the Pin Valley Range are visible in the northwest.
After crossing the Puh cantonment, reach Khab—where the Sutlej and Spiti rivers meet with a thunderous roar. Navigate steep hairpin bends to Yangthang (24 km). From here, the road becomes rough and unpaved, with loose mud and stream crossings up to Chango (3,658 m). Continue 8 km to Sumdo, then another 9 km across a high-altitude plateau to Hoorling. A final 24 km ride brings you to Tabo.
Visit Tabo Gompa, founded in 996 AD—one of the best-preserved examples of Indo-Tibetan art in existence. Dinner and overnight stay in tents.
In the morning, depart for Kaza (47 km), then continue to Kibber (18 km), a picturesque village at 4,025 m. Visit Kibber and Ki Monastery (4,116 m), the oldest and largest monastery in Spiti, known for its dramatic location. Descend to Rangrik and ride through barren gorges for 30 km to Hansa (3,950 m), mostly on unpaved roads with few settlements along the way. Continue another 20 km to Losar (4,079 m). Dinner and overnight camping in Losar.
Enjoy an early ride to Kunzum Pass (4,551 m), then proceed towards the stunning Chandratal Lake (4,270 m), located about 12 km from the pass. Spend time soaking in the pristine beauty of the lake's surroundings. Continue the journey via Batal - Chhatru - Gramphoo and then Tandi. Lunch is served en route. Later, drive onward to Keylong. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Keylong.
After breakfast, drive towards Jispa and Darcha, then ascend the hairpin bends into the higher Himalayan ranges. Continue to Himmatnagar Cantonment via unpaved sections around Patseo and Zing Zing Bar as you approach Suraj Tal. Climb further to Baralacha La (4,883 m), then descend to Bharatpur. Enjoy a packed lunch before entering the Sarchu gorge. Cross the bridge and reach the Sarchu plateau (4,100 m), where cool mountain breezes rejuvenate you. Dinner and overnight stay in tents at Sarchu.
Today is a long yet spectacular day of riding. Begin with a smooth stretch across the plateau, then ascend the Gata Loops early morning to avoid traffic. Reach Nakee La (3,950 m), descend, cross a stream, and climb again to Lachung La (5,060 m), located 54 km from Sarchu. Ride downhill for 25 km to the bridge near Pang (4,630 m). Ensure you cross Pang before 12 noon, as afternoon entry is restricted. Continue across Tanglang La (75 km from Pang), then descend to Rumtse (30 km). Finally, ride onward to Leh—the heart of Buddhist culture in Ladakh. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.
Enjoy a leisurely day for personal activities and bike maintenance. Leave the motorcycle with the mechanic and explore Leh at your own pace: visit the 16th-century Leh Palace, the serene Shanti Stupa (World Peace Pagoda), and the bustling local market. Overnight stay in Leh.
In the morning, ride to Khardung La, one of the world's highest motorable passes at 5,602 m (18,380 ft). Spend time at the top taking in the views before returning to Leh. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Board an early morning flight from Leh to Delhi. Upon arrival, transfer to the international airport for your onward flight.
